TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• RENTAL PERIOD

  We generally provide our outfits and accessories on RENT for a period of 3 days only.

  In case of any extra days, extra Rent of 10% will be charged per day which needs to be mentioned while booking with us.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT

  Whatever would be your TOTAL rent PLUS DOUBLE would be your security deposit which is to be paid at the time of your delivery.

  The security deposit would be refunded after checking all the products and accessories on the day of your return.

• CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

  Under any Circumstances, if you cancel / exchange your booked product  prior to your delivery date 25% of your RENT will be charged.

  50% of your RENT will be charged if you cancel / exchange your booked product  on your said delivery date mentioned on the bill.

  We can EXTEND / CHANGE your delivery and return date for the same product subject to the availability of the same.

  NO CASH refund will be provided on the spot.

• FITTINGS

  Please check the fitting of your products (blouse, pant, etc) while collecting the delivery from the store.

• PRODUCT DAMAGE OR LOSS

  In case of any loss or damage caused with your booked outfit, you will have to select another outfit from the available ones.

  In case of any damage or loss caused by you to our products, you are liable to pay for the value of the product being lost or damaged.

• DRY CLEANING

  In case of any stains of haldi, flowers, oil, etc caused by you to our products, dry cleaning charges will be applied.

• SAFETY

  Please check for your personal belongings while returning your outfit and accessories as we would not be responsible for any loss after that.

• DELIVERY AND RETURN SERVICES

We do NOT provide any courier / delivery services.

In case of the said services opted by the customer, we are not responsiblefor any loss or damage happening ontheir part.
